Carsaig Set within three acres of lochside grounds, Carsaig is a spacious and welcoming house made for special stays and shared moments. The garden runs gently down to a private beach and jetty, with open views across the loch to the Menteith Hills, Ben Venue and Ben Ledi.

Days drift easily here. Follow the Woodland Fairy Trail, play pétanque or croquet on the lawn, light the barbecue and gather round the wood burning stove in our outdoor den as evening draws in. When the sun drops behind the hills, the six-person hot tub is perfectly placed to watch it go.

Inside, Carsaig is generous and comfortable. A large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows frames the loch, with a wood-burning stove for cooler nights.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, centred around a long wooden table made for shared meals, conversation and endless cups of tea — birds flitting at the feeder beyond the glass.

There are three calm, beautifully finished bedrooms. Two kings enjoy loch views and en-suite showers; the twin room has its own bathroom with over-bath shower. A large utility room keeps outdoor kit in order, and the driveway offers parking for four cars alongside an EV charger and storage for bikes and water gear.

Carsaig is a special place to gather, to celebrate, and to recharge.
